Graduate Team Capstone

Verobrew is an innovative coffee filtration concept designed to give consumers greater control over their caffeine intake without sacrificing the flavor of their favorite beans. Using a biochar-based filter, the system aims to reduce caffeine levels during the brewing process, offering a customizable alternative to traditional decaf coffee. By combining sustainability with personalization, Verobrew addresses the growing demand for healthier, more flexible coffee experiences at home and in cafés.

LabCorp is one of the largest clinical laboratory networks in the world.

We were tasked to put together a full competitive analysis of LabCorp's companion diagnostic services compared to its main competitors.

Vitality Robotics - Spring 2025

Lab Tools.AI is a biotech software company that offers AI & Machine Learning solutions. Our team authored the "State of the Lab Report" for Labtools.AI by surveying important market segments, developing compelling messaging for consumer interaction, and including regulatory considerations.

Graduate Consultant

My team collaborated with W.L. Gore & Associates to develop innovative ideas for alternative materials to a filtration system in a developing Direct Air Capture project currently being pursued by Gore.

Guided by Dr. Sonja Salmon and Youngwoo Huang, my team explored the bioelectrocatalysis landscape across both academic and commercial sectors. We pinpointed potential collaborators, assessed their expertise and technological advancements, and examined their sources of funding. We also compiled a contact database to support the client’s future engagement efforts.
