Verobrew is an innovative coffee filtration concept designed to give consumers greater control over their caffeine intake without sacrificing the flavor of their favorite beans. Using a biochar-based filter, the system aims to reduce caffeine levels during the brewing process, offering a customizable alternative to traditional decaf coffee. By combining sustainability with personalization, Verobrew addresses the growing demand for healthier, more flexible coffee experiences at home and in cafés.

Our team created this idea, with the guidance and support of an industry mentor, and developed business and commercialization strategies for a hypothetical product launch
